Channeled pipes TCW

The keder pipe system from TCW has been specially developed for TCW and is used in all washing and drying brushes. The system can be installed in all commercially available car washes.

The special charcateristic of the pipes is the arrangement of the channels and the T-profile of the channel walls. The channels are square and completely enclose the keder, which is also square. Lateral movement is prevented and the keder remains stable in the channels.

There is almost no space between the channels and the keder, so dirt and other particles can hardly get in.

The ends of the channels are slightly rounded so that no sharp edges can cut into the textile even after long-term use.

The keder segments are not sewn but clicked, which ensures better stability and makes it almost impossible for the segments to become detached from the keder (no open seams).

The construction of the pipes allows for a comparatively higher number of channels than in conventional C-channel pipes.

As with all C-channel pipes, the segments can be replaced quickly and easily for maintenance or when worn. It is not necessary to replace the brushes completely.

Any type of material can be used to equip the pipes. Combinations of different materials are already almost standard at TCW.
